ProSafetyMatch does not make flexible engagements legally airtight, but it does make practice more traceable: what was factually agreed, how people responded and what changed.
ProSafetyMatch is currently focused on Dutch-based assignments. Legal and operational requirements remain with the parties involved. Some legal documents may be provided in Dutch; contact us if you need clarification in English.
Platform role
- Facilitates recording per engagement (response flow, audit trail, export).
- ProSafetyMatch does not replace an agreement for services; it records factual assignment alongside existing agreements and terms.
- Does not decide for parties; execution stays with operations.
- Liability remains with parties.
