Collaboration across language boundaries
Craft does not stop at a language border.
When multilingual support is activated, relevant free text can be shown in the recipient's preferred language, while the original message is retained. Client and professional can keep communicating within the same assignment. The original text remains authoritative; a rendering in another language is a reading aid, not a new operational truth. Available in controlled assignments or pilots — not automatically active for every organisation.
Not a translation-software product and no promise of every arbitrary language. Browser language is not operational truth.
